For TEDxJalanTunjunganWomen in 2021, we specifically are going to talk about sustainability based on our essential needs; clothing, food and shelter in women’s perspectives. TEDxJalanTunjunganWomen will be coming soon on December 2021.

TED Countdown is a global initiative to champion and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis, turning ideas into action. The goal: To build a better future by cutting greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030 in the race to a zero-carbon world – a world that is safer, cleaner and fairer for everyone.

TEDxJalanTunjungan Countdown is a part of the TED global initiative to turn climate change ideas into action. With “Zero-Carbon World”, we’re bringing our very own curated TEDx Talks on solutions for a healthier environment.

The idea for TEDxLive grew out of a question we were asking ourselves here at TED: What would happen if we made the TED Conference more open, more global, and its impact more immediate? What if we could ignite communities around the world to engage with – and build on – the TED Conference experience while it happened live? A TEDxJalanTunjunganLive license is given to organizer who host events in Surabaya community to watch the official TED Conference through a webcast.

Some people voice the importance of a taboo discussion but some other laugh at it. Therefore, we want to share the idea of an unpopular concern and make it matter!

In producing a timeless masterpiece, therefore the vision, mission, and spirit are melted and forged by time, composing a dedication to give impact for the environment and the wider community.
